Provided by YP.comWent in there yday and bought something. Forgot the receipt and went in today to return/exchange and I was told that they'd take $4 off the purchase as I didn't have the receipt with me. Worst customer service. Was really waiting for a Ross store in this area, not any more. I'd rather go somewhere where they'd respect their customers. Very disappointed.
