I have used this family run business for the past 20 years.....I'm no longer young!
Their technicians are well trained and over the years they have solved every problem I've had from rats to bees to ants at a reasonable cost. I don't think I've ever written a review for anyone before. This company is worth it.

Last summer I had a horrible outbreak of ants, I called Hydrex & they sent someone out immediately. Took 2 visits to really get the ants out of my house, but it worked! Mike is great, he's very thorough & really knowledgeable. I now have them come out every few months just to keep things under control. Couldn't be happier with them.

I have been using this locally-owned company for years and have always been really happy with their service. They have gotten rid of spiders, ants, and rats on my rental properties. They work with my schedule and are flexible when my tenants call for emergencies. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had this company out for a one time visit, that didn't help at all. I paid in full at time of service, there was no contract, they don't use contracts. Later they decided that I had been undercharged and have sent my 35.00 to a collection agency and it has become 135.00. They have now had an attorney call and after still refusing to pay I called the company to get the attorneys name and number. I didn't catch the attorneys name. When I asked the guy I was talking to, he, and refused to give me the attorneys name got his supervisor and the man immediately began shouting at me. I just told him to have a nice day and hung up. These people are not on the up and up. There is something very strange about this whole thing. I would stay away if you need pest control.

Horrible company. Quotes a price for a one time service at first and then when you don't have them come back they decide that the first price was misquoted and tries to bill with no contract. I paid for one time service, that didn't do any good anyway and now they are harrassing me to pay more and said they have sent my account to collections, and had a lawyer call and when I still refused to pay they will not give the name or number of attorney, and the guy in collections started screaming at me vwery rudely when I reguested the attorneys name.. It is a scam in my opinion. there was never a contract and they say they don't use contracts or any written agreements. What kind of business are they running?
