I would recommend this place ONLY if Ms. D was the program director as I've seen her surpass prior directors. She is by far the most unbiased/non judgemental person who receives pleasure from helping others whether it be her fellow employees or the patients. She is strong, caring and professional. I liked many of the other counselors there as well. However there will always be that one person who has and continues to bully others for years. I assume she has a false sense of authority. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been treated this way by her. To the new people, my advice would be to avoid and ignore Donna if sobriety is your true goal. By the way, my overall ratings are based off of all the employees and excluding her. After all these years, Its time someone speaks out.

WE OPEN AT 5AM SO WE CAN MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME, BUT IF YOU HAVE TO SEE YOUR COUNCILOR THEY MAKE YOU GO TO THE END OF THE LINE WHEN AT 5 AM IT IS ABOUT AN HOUR WAIT (IF) THEY HAVE ALL THE NURSES WORKING (4) USUALLY ONLY 3.

THEY PUNISH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING HARD BY MAKING UP THESE STUPID RULES LIKE YOU HAVE TO BE STANDING IN LINE, AT THE DOOR WHEN WE OPEN OR YOUR NOT IN LINE. LET ME EXPLAIN. IF IT IS RAINING OR FREEZING OR BLISTERING HOT. YOUR NOT ALOUD TO SIT IN YOUR CAR AND KEEP TRACK OF WHERE YOU ARE IN LINE. THE REASON THEY DO THAT IS BECAUSE OTHER PATIENTS SHOW UP AT 10 MINUTES TILL 5AM AND JUMP TO THE FRONT AND FIGHTS ACCUR. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY. WE HAD A LIST AND MOST OF US KNOW HOW AND WHY ITS THERE BUT OUR DIRECTOR MR.MOONEY WILL NOT LET US HANDLE IT. WE ARE BELITTLED AND IF WE TRY TO COMPLAIN HE THRETINS TO SEND US TO LAKEVEIW OR DETOX US. SO WE NEED HELP.
