The owner is a wonderful and very kind person! He helped me with my boyfriend's watch that was a crazy Russian model from like the 80's and helped me pick out a great band for it. He also repaired my father's pocket watch that is very dear to him. The owner is very easy and pleasurable to work with. I highly recommend this establishment and will be bringing all of my watch needs to The Watch Works from now on!

Heard they put new batteries in fossil watches that's all I need to know. I was sending mine out to texas before for new batteries since I could never find anywhere local to even work on them. so I will be getting my fossil watches worked on from watchworks

Caution!!!! They did a good job on 7 of 8 of my watches but broke the band of my favorite watch and made no apology for it.

I googled for a place to repair my mother's old watch, it was very sentimental to me. I did come across the watchworks, a little hesitate to go with a 2 star rating, but so glad I did. The owner was very nice and explain what he would have to do to make my mother's watch workable and look nice. He would have to replace the movement, new crystal, service and clean and gave me an estimate. I was very please with the price he gave me and gave him the go ahead. Believe me, my mother's watch looked like it went through the war! lol! When I picked up the watch, it was so beautiful! I wear it everyday as I think of my mother! It keeps time like a brand new watch!!! Also, the store has many different things besides watches...I will be doing my Christmas shopping there instead of the mall, lower prices and such unique things! I'm so happy to find a local business where there is a friendly atmosphere and now I know where to buy my watches and get repairs done!! Thanks again Watchworks for the wonderful job, I will spread the word!!!

I definitely disagree with the first review. I have been going to Watchworks for many years. THE OWNER KNOWS HIS STUFF! He has worked on my rolex, my grandfathers old pocket watch, and my wife's watches. We would not trust anyone else. The owner is honest,, quality work, and very reasonable in price. The store has been expanded carrying many watches, jewelry and gifts. It's a great locate business where people will be very pleased!!!! Again, this man knows what he is doing!

left a watch i have had for many years, that when fixing they no longer made the parts, so owner suggested to buy a new one or he could rebuild. i opted to have it rebuilt, however, when i got it back, after a day, i found it loosing time. i just talked to the owner and he said he would take care of it. so i was pleased about that. when i picked it up, i did not ask about a warranty, nor did he say anything. my fault, i should have. but getting ready to take it back and i will leave an update.
