Don't go there. Staff was rude and unprofessional. There was a particular staff member named Jen and she was especially rude and unprofessional many times over, every time I came into pay she gave me dirty looks and had a nasty attitude. I had been nothing but polite to this person and she took nasty jabs at me for no reason. I had called to see why i was being charged an additional $6 club fee and was told by Jen it was a warranty i signed up for (i did not) and when i asked why i had extra money on my account, i was told i had over paid and it went toward the final purchase price. When I repeated the information given to me for MY clarification I was told in a nasty voice "What, didn't I make that clear?" Not to mention they tried to come pick up my items when i had another week before I was due in for a payment. When i went in to ask why they were trying to pick up my stuff, i got the nasty answer "well you said you wanted it picked up today" and when i told her i had come in and decided differently i was told "well nobody told me." Not even i'm sorry for showing up to my house, and embarrassing me in front of my neighbors. Or an apology for being disorganized. i then called another store to have my contract transferred because of the amount of unprofessional behavior and if i had to deal with Jen again, i was going to go across the counter at her. So my advice is if you want professional, courteous service DO NOT go to this Rent A Center near Giant Eagle on Raff Rd..Go to the one on Tusc down the road, next to Hungry Howie's.
