Take your business elsewhere!

Dan in the service department told me it would take at least 1 month to get my touareg fixed. I couldn't believe it. I was shocked and couldn't accept Dan's offer of 1 month to let them have my car...which meant I would be without a car for 1 month. So I had my touareg towed to another dealership and they fixed my Touareg in 4 hours. How can 2 dealerships be so different? Wow!

Trust me...USE CAUTION!

I needed my Touareg serviced. Kempthorn told me it may take at least a MONTH TO FIX. I couldn't go for a month wihtout a vehicle so I had my Touareg towed to another dealer in Akron. They fixed it within 4 hours.
