I was recently shopping at the great escape in canton ohio, I am a frequent customer of the store and my favorite salesman was waiting on me, when the store manager gets on the store loudspeaker and proceeds to yell at the salesman that he has a customer that is there to order furniture and he needs to quite lounging and take care of the customer. Not only was that rude and inconsiderate but embarrassing for the salesman and to me I spent over $10,000.00 over the past 2 years and ready to spend more but I will take my business elsewhere.

We made a large purchase from ...

We made a large purchase from the Great Escape and when our furniture was delivered I noted that none of it was wrapped or covered. As they started bring them in, I noted scuff marks, wet spots and dirt on the chairs. When I went outside to speak to the delivery man about it I walked out to see him SPITTING on his hands and trying to clean the chairs that way!! We have been since trying to get them to make the situation right with no luck. We were lied to about the chairs being new- we did not want floor models and that is what they brought us. Then we were told they would pick the chairs up Wednesday to take them back and the manager is no where to be found. We have now turned to corporate to make things right and we will see.... I am not holding my breath. Do not shop here!

horrible service. we bought an $8000 plus hot tub and they told us it would be $90 for a service call, then the night before they were to show up (after making us wait 3 weeks for an appt), they upped the charge to $150 before they ever showed up. Horrible service, I can't say it loudly and often enough. Their interest is in the initial sale and nothing else. Caveat emptor, for real. Buyer beware!!!! If I could rate them lower than a single star, I certainly would.

iF YOU BUY A POOL FROM THIS COMPANY, BEWARE THAT THE WARRANTY IS FROM

THE POOL MANUFACTURE AND NOT GREAT ESCAPE. i PURCHASED FROM THEM AND

THIER CHEAP SIDE WALL CRUMPLED, THE MANF, ARTESIAN POOLS IN BALTIMORE, MD

LOOKED AT ONE PICTURE AND SAID TUFF LUCK. GREAT ESCAPE WOULD NOT EVEN

SEND A REP OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM, AFTER I HAD PURCHSED THIS FROM THEM

LOOK AROUND FOR A REPUABLE DEALER, THERE ARE SEVERAL IN OUR AREA THAT WILL

TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROBLEMS AND NOT TELL YOU TUFF LUCK.
