I had an appointment at this company for myself and my boyfriends mother to get an auto start installed on 10/24/08 @ 8 am. We dropped the cars off as scheduled, only to get a call a half hour later telling us that the person who installs the auto start would not be in that day. We were then told that as a courtesty to us they would wash, wax, and clean out the cars for us. One would think that after canceling our appointment that they would quickly get our cars done and call us to pick them up. Not the case w/ this company, by 12:10 pm that afternoon we were calling them to let them know we were picking up our vehicles to finish whatever they were doing. They did wash the cars but did not clean out the inside as they had said they would do On top of that they were in possesion of our cars for 4 hours that day, they were very rude when we picked up the vehicles....we did not even recieve a, "we're sorry for the inconvience"....so thanks Sure fit, I'll be sure not to use you again or recommend anyone to you!
