Well, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone I knew that had been to World of Beer - Canton complained about the service and the quality of the food. So I waited for them to iron out all the kinks. We went in with a good attitude. The place was busy, but not crazy. We waited 5 minutes for a table of 4 at 6:00 pm. Server couldn't give any suggestions about the beer. She asked if we wanted the bartender to make a suggestion. First round of drinks came. Didn't see server for quite a while. When she did come it wasn't to refill our drinks it was to ask if we wanted to order. Down hill from then on. Something is not right with service in this restaurant. Empty promises by staff. "Be right back" "I'll take your order in one second. I have a big party I have to tend to" "Sorry, I'll take care of that right away" Drinks were good, atmosphere good, slow on the refill/reorder, food came cold. I really want this venue to work. But if they want repeat business, they have a long way to go.
