Manager said she would hold a spot for us and then after we called her back within the time she told us she said they had already booked it. Poor customer service....!

This place is so dirty! I took my child there for a birthday party and wished we could have left right away. The staff needs to be pumped up-what a bunch of grumpy, non-helpful people working there.
