They are very professional and have excellent selection and service. John who installed my carpet did a Fantastic job and my living room looks gorgeous. I wholeheartedly recommend metro carpet to anyone looking to flooring or carpet. Michael was the sales associate we worked with and he was fantastic.

Michael helped us pick out a carpet which was the right color and a good price. He promised to have it installed on a Wednesday and, voila, the two installers arrived right on time. They were professional and conscientious. Overall, the install was perfect and the new carpet looks great. We were very happy with Metro Carpet in Canton.

When the sub contractor was pulling up the sub floor they took the material through the garage and did over 1,200 dollars damage on my wife 6 month car dragging the wood and staples across the front fascia. The refused to take any responsibility for it. I highly recommend you do business with those that own their crews and not sub contract and I would spend twice as much to use anyone but Canton Carpet and Floor.
