I never had a problem here. I always make my appointments on a Mon. or Tues. when it is not extremely busy.

Went here...had a GREAT experience with Tash. Absolutely LUV my nails and pedi. I recommend this nail tech!

If you want nails that will last long, DO NOT GO HERE! I got a full set of acrylic nails done. Four days later, yes FOUR, I was simply zipping up my jacket when the tip of my nail completely chipped and fell off! Then, as i was opening a piece of mail, the same thing happened. I called to complain and they said that wouldn't have someone in that does acrylic nails until 3 days from then. What kind of nail place doesn't have a person who does acrylic nails there all the time?? I would not recommend going here.

Any place that hires employees who are childish enough to counter a negative review and insult a customer is severely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs.

i've been here probably 10 or so times, and every time i leave asking myself why i went back. kind of like a boyfriend you need to get away from but don't. first of all, the website says a 'classic' manicure should be 25-30 minutes...i've never left there in under an hour. i don't have time to sit there for an hour and 40 minutes just basically getting polish changed. second of all, every employee i've ever dealt with (except one, whom i found out quit, no surprise) always has an attitude and a dirty mouth around customers and are wicked to their co-workers. i don't know what happens behind closed doors, but they truly seem like they hate their job. and all i have to say is if you hate your job that much, please don't work with the public. third and last, i think the prices and all the stupid charges are obnoxious. $6 charge for gel polish? give me a break. i walked out of there paying 40 dollars for literally a little nail filing which you can't even tell i had, and polish, and to be the nail techs therapist about the "lazy" people at the front desk. the people at the front desk are always very nice and friendly.

It was my first time here. Made an appt the same day about three hours in advance but I got there five minutes early. I was told to sit and someone would be with me shortly. Twenty minutes went by while country music was going loudly over the speakers. (Soothing music is acceptable, not commercials about car care and then country songs). I wasn't told to pick a nail color or anything and when I explained what I wanted (french manicure with a bright color tip) confusion arose. So we had to hash that out. Have no idea why.



So we get to the actual doing of the nails. This tech made the buffer go over not only my nails but my skin as well. It's not comfortable. And then starts doing the tip color first instead of the base....and it comes out horrid. I have strands of thread in my polish and the lines are uneven and smudged. And I get a completely clear coat over the top....so it's not even a true French manicure.



And just so you don't think I'm a uneducated person who just wanted to complain. I grew up in the salon business. I have had several manicures especially French ones. They've never been this horrid. Wish they could get a negative review.

I had a very nice experience at Luv's in Canton. Elaine really did the job well and I felt very pampered! my first time with Shellac's and I think i'm addicted. the chair & foot soak tub were clean & very nice. relaxing & enjoyable!

I had the greatest experience I have ever had at this salon. I decided to spoil myself and get the Lottsa Hottsa LUV Pedicure with the hot oil. The girl did a GREAT job, with a great massage. It was amazing! I can't wait to go back and bring some of my girlfriends with me!

This place has no concept of appointment time. I made an appointment 4 days in advance for a pedicure. Received a phone call they were running behind (which I appreciated); checked in a half hour later as they requested and waited another half hour! I approached the front desk about it, and they were clueless that I was even waiting. Once they finally "found" my name in the computer another worker said it would be about 10 more minutes and offered to get me soaking while I waited! Needless to say, I left never to return, and most certainly will tell all my friends if they plan on going here to have at least 3 hours to spare!

I was very happy with my visit. I was early for my appt. and they got me in right away so I wouldn't have to wait. The nail tech was very friendly and did a great job. I got a french manicure pedi with the sugar foot and leg scrub. ($42) I thought the atmosphere was very professional and I am taking some of my girlfriends with me next time I go for a "girls day."

I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews with this place. I was happy with my services. The first time I went was to get my eye brows waxed. I liked the waxing room and rge tech was nice and did a good job, but it was $14 andhair was growing back a week later so I don't think I'll get that done there again. The second time I went I hot a opi gel manicure and sugar scrub pedicure. I was very happy with both services. The pedicure was very relaxing, I don't really like to chat, I'd rather relax. She did a good job on my feet! It was my first time getting a gel manicure and I was very happy! I'm going on 2weeks and its still shiny and no chips! I'm very picky about my nails and I'm very happy with everything. The staff was very friendly and the salon was clean. I've been to many different nail salons and I will definitely come back to this luv. C'Anne was very good!

My daughter n I needed a quick yet great manicure n pedicure we WHENT there did not have an appointment but in less than one hour Eve was able to get us in and we had such great techs we read the reviews n keeping in mind we like to make up our own mind and write our own reviews for OUR OWN EXPERIENCE WE WILL BE BACK THANK YOU Eve

I wish I could color in only half a star because that is all this establishment is worth. My mom and I only went there because we had a gift certificate for a classic mani and pedi. My initial impression of this place was good, as the girl behind the counter was very friendly and talked with us a bit. (Upon checking out, it was apparent that this girl was new and learning the ropes..... It's pretty sad that the newbie was the nicest one there). Anyway, once my mom and I got settled in the pedicure chair they started to do our nails. I thought it was weird to get our fingernails done there. I was trying to relax and enjoy the massaging chair but I had to twist my body to one side so my nails could get done. Just uncomfortable - not exactly how I like to get pampered. Then, hardly any conversation and when my mom did talk and initiate conversation, it was reluctantly reciprocated. The floor was dirty too. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone and based on my experience, I will never go to any LUV salon. If you are thinking about going here STOP - instead, drive a few miles south and visit the salon to the left of Holiday Market. They may talk on the phone and ignore you the whole time, but your nails will be much prettier and I promise your experience will be much more relaxing and enjoyable.

My mom has her manicurist license, so I've never really gone anywhere to get my nails done. First time I've paid to have my nails done (went with a friend) and I got a nail infection that is extremely painful at the Canton location. Incredibly dissatisfied. I will not be returning and I'm advising my friends (and hopefully those who read this review) to STAY AWAY.

I will never go in there again. 9 days ago I went in for a pedicure and the woman who did them damaged my feet. She put an acid based creme on my feet and it left me with 4 open soars on one foot and 3 on the other. That does not include the spot she rubbed raw with the buffing block on my big toes. I don't know why this woman put this stuff on my feet. If she had told me first I would have stopped her. When it started burning I asked her what it was and she just told me it was supposed to take off callus'. I thought it odd because I don't have many and none that were bad enough to need that but I figured she knew what she was doing. I was not able to walk for two days. I called the day after and the day after that. Both days I was told a higher up manager was going to get a hold of me. I am still waiting. I would love to take the star away on my review but it I had to leave one to make this post. I took pictures of my feet. I am not sure of what I am going to do at this point but this review is a start.

I would never step foot in this establishment if you paid me. I asked for two services, a pedicure and OPI Gel Color. Upon walking in to the building the staff was not very friendly and barely even acknowledged my friend and I. During my pedicure, the nail tech cut my foot and did not even acknowledge it. Then I went on to get my OPI gel Color, the end result was a joke. The nails were uneven, rigid and rippled. Normally, it takes less than 45 minutes to complete a full set, this nail tech took an hour and half. I then showed the manager my nails and she offered to fix one of them! I said I wanted them to all be correctly done. She got a major attitude with me and proceeded to wrap my nails and then left me and my friend. She had the acetone wraps on my nails for over 20 minutes, by this time my nails were burning and I ripped them off and took the cuticle pusher and removed the remaining gel color MYSELF. When the manager returned, I demanded a refund as I was furious and completely uncomfortable in there. She refused and told me it was against policy. I asked for her to call a higher manager which once she got a hold of him I could hear the whole conversation, as she decided it was professional to speak to him while I was inches away from her. He advised her he was busy and to take me number and call me back!!! She told me she would not give me a refund, only fix my nails. I stated that none of their staff was going to touch my nails, took the manager's number and left him a voicemail about my complaint. I walked out even though I paid for my GEL COLOR! He never called back, the store did finally call to approve a refund hours later. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

They area break from the norm!

Its clean, the staff is friendly and I still had money left to go out to dinner with my friends!

Its a must see! I will never go any where else!

I came to Luv to get a full acrylic set and I was very impressed! I have always went to the salons in the mall and have never been happy with my nails. I always have to go home and fix them myself to get the right length and shape. I left here so happy, my nails were EXACTLY the way that I wanted them. I love it, they understand me and I understand them! Can't wait to go back for my fill in!

I have been going to other nail salons for years and heard about LUV opening near me and gave it a try! I will be a permanent customer here. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. Everything was so clean and I just love the massage chairs. I will recommend LUV to everyone I know!
