I never order flowers and have seen some pretty tragic "expectations" vs. "reality" photos of flowers arrangements from discount florists so I was a little hesitant and wanted to make sure I picked the right florist. It was important to me that I got something that was nice and looked like the picture because I sent these to someone very special to me for a big day in her life. I decided to go with Keller & Stein because as a former Canton resident I knew they had a good reputation and the online reviews backed it up. They FAR exceeded my expectations. I ordered the "Kami" arrangement, which is a beautiful mix of purple Orchids, calla lilies, and stock. I saw that it was an option to upgrade to "Deluxe" for and extra 10$ or Premium for an extra 20$ and I wondered--is it worth it? I decided to go with the Deluxe because it was a welcome home gift for someone I love dearly. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! There were so many flowers and they were arranged beautifully. Delivery was within hours of when I placed the order. I am beyond impressed and it truly brought a smile to the recipient. Worth every penny. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making a floral arrangement deserving of the one-of-a-kind recipient. I would highly recommend this shop and will be using you for my future floral needs.

Worst customer experience of my life! The woman working was rude, disrespectful and curt. I stopped in by chance to pick up something late for Mother's Day and she talked to me like I was an idiot and why did I wait until the last minute. She lost a decent sale. Had to drive 5 miles out of my way to find flowers and happily paid $150. I can not believe the poor business at this local flower shop. One would think they would have top notch customer service. I would never shop here.

For some reason my first review has disappeared, but I do want to make sure future brides see my post. This florist shop messed up my bouquet on the day of my wedding, and the flowers in my arbor as well. I ordered a cascading bouquet, and was given a round, boring bouquet with weird greenery strands circled around it. It was nothing like the pictures I picked out for my bouquet. For the arbor, I said no carnations (I think they're tacky and cheap looking), and as I'm walking down the aisle, I notice there were pink carnations front and center :( my wedding was May 21st, 2016. I asked for the owner to call me, and still a month later, the owner has not called. I was issued a refund, but it wasn't for the full amount, and did not make up for the stress I was caused. Do not trust them with your wedding!

Was greatly impressed with the knowledge and care from these people. We bought a large amount of plants, and every flower that I mentioned I liked but did not pick up was in my car when I unloaded it at home. We bought so many plants from them that they threw them in for free without even saying anything about it.
