Professional and through good work at a fair price

I had a very LARGE tree in my back yard. I called three different companies for quotes. I am so happy I chose Andrew Tree Service. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves. The put boards down on lawn to protect lawn from equipment. AWESOME COMPANY.

We had an EXTREMELY difficult tree we needed removed from the corner of our yard. It was right up against a fence & there is a power box in the same corner. We did get a few estimates & Andrew Tree Service gave the best estimate by far. They called back the same day to set up coming out to give us an appraisal, where some of the other tree service companies took days to call back. The day they removed the tree, 2 different crews were sent out. The first crew cut the tree down & to our surprise the gate it was up against didn't get damaged at all which was a feat for this company-but they took great pains to be extra careful due to the power box & the gate it was up against. The 2nd crew cut the stump down a few feet into the ground & I had them leave all the mulch to use in my garden. The cleanup was unbelievable-they actually had someone start to sweep my deck which was far from the tree, but had got some twigs & leaves on it during the fall when the first crew cut it down. I actually had to tell them they didn't have to worry about sweeping the deck! They also trimmed another tree I have that was growing too far over my screen room-again they did a great job & trimmed that tree perfectly. Another company had come out after a bad storm we had about 3 years ago when a couple trees fell in my neighbors yard & in mine. I paid this Westland Tree Company that begins with a "J" $250.00 to remove just 2 large limbs out of my yard. It took them less than 10 minutes, but the owner said they would come back the following summer & take the tree out of the corner for $650.00. When I called "J" company, the owner said he didn't have time & couldn't remove the tree for the price he had promised me the year prior. He said it would be closer to $1000.00. I reminded him of his "word" when I paid a ridiculous amount after the storm for removing a couple of limbs, however he didn't care. In all actuality it worked out better for us because we found Andrew Tree Company & have already & will continue to recommend them to anyone we know who is looking for any tree work. If you live in the area & need any tree work done, you should at least call these guys. I was floored at what a great job they did & the price paid for it. Wouldn't recommend the really popular company that begins with a "J" in Westland to my worst enemy.

Andrew has been providing my elderly mother with firewood for many years, and she has always been very satisfied. This year, the woodpile he stacked fell down twice, and when asked could re stack it the second time, he said that was our job, and to never call him for firewood again. We won't.
