Provided by YP.comWhen your are a company that supports a nation product (Genie Door Openers) you would think they could get the part you need to repair the product when needed. BEWARE, they will give you the run around they will tell the part is ordered, then it is a specialty part, oh it came in but we misplaced it, then it is on order again it will be just one more week. I talked to Genie direct, my part will be shipped today, and will arrive by Wed. of next week, 3 business days, not a month of the run around
