They have a great general manager, John Mackenzie, or Evelyn, but a few of the employees are found to be quite lacking in their care for each other and for customers.

I have been to this Zaxbys numerous times, however the most recent two encounters have been anything but pleasant. The girl at the window was very snotty (typical teenager I'm sure). I mentioned to her that they got my order wrong the last time I was there and that I had the receipt...she said she didn't need the receipt and then went on to charge me for my meal. When I asked her about it she said, "I didn't charge you SHE did". She said I should have called to let them know of the error. I apologized and said "okay". I got back to my office with my new order and it TOO is wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken with light ranch, I got some kind of oriental salad...I'm NOT happy with the service or the attitude and I do believe the "mix up" was done intentionally!
