As a buyer living 4.5 hours away, it was great to get a report of the acceptable, maintenance/repair, and defect items with pictures. I was pleased that the home inspection included getting up and taking pictures of the roof. My realtor very highly recommended David Lelak at IHI Home Inspections and I see why.
