Over Memorial Day weekend...my hard drive crashed. I was in the middle of gathering all of my documents, emails and photos that are proof for a lawsuit. I was distraught. Nick took my call. I brought the laptop in...on a holiday weekend. By Wednesday, he had recovered all my data (though my hard drive was too unstable to take a chance on) reinstalled Outlook and all of my data on a new HP Probook. The new Probook and the service and data recovery all together cost less than an HP laptop full of bloatware would have cost at Bestbuy. I will use these guys from now on! Thanks Nick!
