Went to Canterbury Ridge apartments (before looking at River Ridge at Canton apartments) for my appointment at 3:30 and no one was in the office. I called the number listed as the office number (which turned out to be an automated recording) & told them I had an appointment but no one is here. They told me to wait and they had no idea how long it would be. After I was left waiting outside for 20 minutes in 90 degree heat, I decided to leave and look up another apartment complex. I'm SO glad that I did. River ridge at canton apartments have a super friendly staff and great features not only in the apartments, but the gated community as well. If you are wanting to deal with rude and completely unprofessional staff, live here. If you want a quiet, super friendly staff , great, clean, reasonably prices apartments, live at River Ridge at Canton. I cannot stand rude people especially when you have to rely on them if you need anything. Would never recommend to anyone.
