Making the choice to go with Relationship Resolutions was a very big mistake. Instead of helping us, they just continue to add stress to our lives. First off, let it be known that there is no way to ever get a hold of anyone when you call there.. If you ever need to schedule, cancel or reschedule an appointment = Good Luck. You are always directed to a voicemail, and the call is rarely ever returned promptly. Just an FYI..

This business has made it very evident that they are really all about just getting your money. For example, when my wife called into Relationship Rez back in September about possibly rescheduling or cancelling our late afternoon appointment because of our ill child. Our therapist Alyssa never thought to mention on that call that we would be held to paying a $75 cancellation fee being that we were cancelling within a 24 hours of our scheduled appointment. How very sly and deceitful is that?? She made is seem like it was absolutely no big deal or inconvenience at all that we were weren't able to make the appointment. Only to go and immediately charge my Discover card their $75 fee for cancellation..

Upon seeing the charge and calling in and pleading my case to RR, they agreed to reverse and reimburse the $75 charge to me. After many months of dealing with Kelly in their billing department, I have never received the $75 check that they 'supposedly' sent out to my home. And when I resorted to disputing the $75 charge with Discover last month, RR upheld the charge and it was applied back to me. Its like they tell me one thing and then do the opposite.. not professional in the least bit..

Bottom line, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. And if you do, surely dont give them your cc # as they will randomly charge your card for services not rendered and they make it impossible to remedy the situation. Please look for other professionals in this field. It is not worth the time and hassle to get involved in other matters because of greed, dishonest business professionals. I have the feeling that they are more concerned with getting my money than actually helping our relationship matters. Aside from posting reviews of my experience on various Review sites to help inform others, I plan to file complaints with BBB and the Consumer Advocate General. Its all very disappointing....
