Have purchased bedding plants from Elm Ave. Greenhouses for years and have always appreciated the high quality of your plants. I am writing this review for a very specific reason. This year I thought I might try your heirloom Black Krimson tomatoes. What a horticultural rollercoaster they have been. They stayed small for so long I was beginning to consider removing them and planting something else. So glad I remained patient. When they did grow it was in enormous leaps and bounds. The tomatoes came on fast, took an extra long time to mature, but once they were ready they were hands down the best tomatoes I have ever eaten. perfect balance of natural sweet and saltiness, firm flesh that bursted with juices, simply amazing purplish color. I will reserve growing space for these plants forever in my gardens.
