The employees were not courteous, and they were not helpfull. I had 4 tires changed, and I was not satisfied with the service. They were making fun & constantly ignoring their customers.

Full five stars. Guy has been doing it for too long and I never get why he doesn't retire... probably because no one else is as good as him in the Valley!

Just got tires from tires buy mark. I must say it was the smoothest experience ever. I went on their website and requested a quote which I got in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t have to wait on hold and I got a great price. Shane ordered my tires and I had them ready in the morning. I must say it was my best experience. Thanks. I definitely recommend this place to everyone...

Awesome!!! I cannot give enough thanks about this place, Some other place told me I needed 4 new tires and an alignment I thought that was kind of odd so I took my car over to Tires By Mark he told me I just needed to rotate 2 tires and buy 2 new tires, saved me about $400..

Tires Buy Mark is such a gem! I went their thinking I had to pay $300 for four new tires (which is really low anyways for tires) and the guy checked all of my tires and showed me that the tires had thousands of miles on them. My mechanic had told me that I needed new tires or an alignment or something and I couldn't remember exactly what I needed. They helped me out and re-rotated my tires and fixed everything with no trouble in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them and have already sung their praises.

This morning I bought two tires from Tires By Mark on Tapanga Canyon Blvd. in Canoga Park. I priced tires from Costco, Pep Boys, Sears, Big O and Ford (that is having a major sale). I got a major discount on top of outstanding service. The technicians were as fast as an Indy pit crew only taking 13 minutes to install the new tires and have me on my way. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS DEALER. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I never have any complaints with Tires Buy Mark. I think that people who complain are just people that can't deal with delayed gratification, sometimes you have to wait and other times its bam-bam and you've got your tires and are on the road. One thing that you can't refute is they will always have the lowest prices.

Marks employees are helpful to me and my wife, I can't think of a better place to buy your tires, for a Porsche, Jag, Chevy or whatever you drive. Mark is on top of things and stands by his products and always makes your experience positive when he can.

Mark is a great guy, he's serviced our cars for years. Today I'm going to have a rim welded and the other rims repaired. These wheels are sick, the tires Mark got me are from a Lamborghini Murcielago and the price was several hundred dollars less than elsewhere.

I recommend giving Tires Buy Mark a try, just be patient, know approximately what you want, and...keep your car in good shape.

My experience, when Mark needs to order tires, is that they are at the mercy of the distributor. They may get there when they say, they may not, or they may never get there. I know that is bad, but it can be true, especially for "specialty" tires/sizes. They are definitely "old school" when it comes to installation, but quick and efficient. I have never had a "balancing" problem. They have always repaired punctures for only a tip to the guy doing it. I have never had a warranty problem, but you may want to give them your mileage to write on the sales slip.

I have been buying tires from Mark for over 20 years, after reading about a dozen of the most recent reviews I decided to set the record straight. Mark and his employees try to do the right thing 95-100% of the time. When they have the tires that you are looking for or need, THEY DO HAVE THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN. When they do not have what you are looking for and they need to order them or you are in a hurry, you may fall in to that 5% of the people who come away dissatisfied.

Hands down. The best tire store in the Valley! Mark is an Expert at choosing the Correct size and "Look" for whatever custom I take into his shop... Tire by Mark is always the 1st Choice!

This is a great place. The service is superb and the people are very friendly and their prices are unbeatable. They have a customer for life and I recommend them highly.

Got a nail in my tire today. Took it and got it patched for free. Took a total of no more than 5 minutes.
