Tom in indoor gardening was outstanding. Really helpful and gave good service. He had made this my store of choice for future shopping.

Probably the best Lowes in our area. Everyone is always really friendly and eager to help. Place is really clean too.... I drive farther just to go to this Lowes!!

Never had a problem with them. generally if you know what you need you should be perfectly fine. If you do need help, be advised that they hire a lot of college kids, so expect that not everyone knows everything - it's generally a better idea to search out some of the older folk that work there.



If you do find yourself dealing with someone that doesn't know the answer to your question, they will generally direct you towards someone who does. Barring that, they will try to help you themselves the best they can.

I recently applied at Lowes for The Plumbing Pro position and also had an interview with them, Iam well qualified for the job and was told that the job was being posted again for another month! I don't get it! I guess that's why I'm reading the reviews and people wonder why they have poor reviews? This Veteran needs a job but I guess not with this company!

ok if you know exactly what you need. The salespeople don't generally know what they are talking about, and I have bought the wrong thing before because I followed there recommendations.

I had a very poor experience in the customer service area. I don't believe they place a very high importance on customer service because the management did not seem to be concerned when I reported this.
