I am fed up with the attitudue and rudeness by the postal workers at the Kasson Road Post office. Every time I go there I am harrased by the Postal Workers. "IF IT FITS IT SHIPS"is the logo for the flat rate packages. I use flat rate envelopes and the glue to hold them shut is cheap so I put a piece of tape around it to ensure the contents will not be damaged. Yesterday I asked my friend to mail some flat rate envelopes, they harrased her and made her pay for regular priority rate instead of flat rate shipping because I put that tape around the envelope. They are rude, and talk to us as if we were children that needed to be repremended. This type of rudeness is unacceptable and is the reason I will never go there again. I have been to many post offices and this is the only local post office where they treat the customer poorly.
