We were given a quote to replace a septic tank in October 2020 and had it scheduled to be replaced I January 2021. When the time came to replace it, Rickey’s said they would no longer honor the quote they had given us. They have been very hard to get a hold of through out the entire process and are not returning any messages left for them. If they didn’t want the job, I wish they would have just said so at the very beginning.

Called Rickey's at 2:00 pm after another service did not show. They were at my place at 2:30 pm, finished by 3:30. The two men they sent were courteous and quick at their job. Very professional! Highly recommend this service anytime.
