I had my plumbing back up in my power room and laundry sink due to a root inside my outdoor pipes. I called roto rooter they were out within 30 mins. It took over 2 hours to fix the line to regain proper plumbing within my home. Richard my technician was great He also got me intouch with the water restoration department to have all the sewage cleaned out. The water restoration department came out the very next morning. The whole team was friendly and professional.

I had a pipe burst at 10pm that began flooding the crawl space under my house, I called roto-rooter and they had somebody out here within the hour. Although they couldn't fix it immediately due to how late it was (we just wanted the water cut off at that point), they sent somebody over first thing in the morning. Rick was fantastic and finished the job in a timely fashion. He literally saved my vacation since I had to leave day of! The price was exactly what I had anticipated, and definitely worth the professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend.

I called them late Saturday night after completely clogging my kitchen sink. They came out promptly with no extra after hours charge and within the time window promised. They fixed the sink and left the house clean. I would definitely use them again in a similar situation.

Really bad service. I was told that a plumber would be arriving but never showed up. I called and was redirected to a "dispatcher", which I was told that a plumber could be sent in a few hours, but the plumber was already late and it was 6:30pm, and one was supposed to be here already! I waited two hours already for someone to show as I was promised the first time I called. I just told her I'd call someone reputable tomorrow. That's bad.

"Old House= Old Plumbing", and I never heard of a drum trap; Techs came out and brought me into today's specs..what can I say, they were prompt, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Many thanks to Rob and Jovani for a job well done in a precarious location. I will not hesitate to use RR , if the occasion ever "backs up".

The job was done well but should have been completed in less than 1 hour. The tech spent an entire hour driving to 2 suppliers to find a part (an elbow) that not only should be stocked on his truck but was also non essential for the repair. I complained after learning I would be charged for this extra hour and the tech reduced the hour to a 1/2 hour. Not good for repeat business.

Contacted Roto Rooter on a Sunday. No extra charge, came within an hour. Dispatch was always in communication confirming order, address and advising at what time he will arrive. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Our product that we bought had a defective part, he made arrangements to replace and came back with the part to finish the job within 24-48 hours. I recommend this contractor to anyone who needs assistance with their plumbing project.

My toilet was all backed up and everything was backing up into my tub. After a day and a half of trying to clear the clog, I called Roto Rooter. Their plumber snaked my main sewer line and took out a 2-gallon bucket full of tree roots!! He then called another one of their guys to go into the pipe with a camera. He fixed a pipe that had also been leaking in the basement. All total, he was here working in the mud and filth for over 3-1/2 hrs. And all of this was done for HALF of what I really thought it would cost!! They also gave me an estimate for a new sewer line. I have a concrete driveway on top of the sewer main line. But Roto Rooter has a way of going UNDER the driveway, so I won't have have my driveway jackhammered out and be left with the expense of all new concrete! Wow! They explained everything to me and my ex-husband (who had come over to help). I'm very grateful to the 2 techs - Ryan & Kevin - who were here. Great guys! Honest work! Minimal cost! What more could I ask for? I'll call them for ALL of my clogs from now on.

I was amazed at how quickly the techinican knew exactly what the main problem was. He explained what had to be done and he also set up a camera review to make sure there was no further problem in the line. The next day the camera techinican came and he also knew what could be a greater problem and explained what major problem I could have. We talked and he was very courteous and helpful with making arrangements to get the job done in a timely basis.I am very pleased with the service I got from Roto Rooter. Hands up to the techinicians

I contacted Roto-Rooter at 8:30 in the morning and had a service man at my house within 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, things went downhill from this point. I was initially quoted one price and then midway through service an additional cost was added to what I considered to be part of what the original quote included. When I went to pay, the price was even higher than what I was quoted. My service technicians comment was "I thought I told you there would be an additional cost". I had to have him contact the office/supervisor because I felt I was being unfairly charged for a price I did not agree upon. Ultimately the price was reduced to what I did agree to. I would suggest to anyone that they ask for any additional charges to be added to the contract and initialed by both parties prior to continuation of service work to keep this from happening.

Called Roto-Rooter the night before and the tech was her 9am. He gave a very fair estimate and even negotiated a bit! After a short while my kitchen drain was working again. I was very pleased with the service and it comes with a limited guarantee.

I called Roto-Rooter at approximately 2:30 pm for a non-emergency, and I still had the technician here in under two hours. I gave the tech (Edgar) a brief description of my problem, and he was not only 100% correct in his diagnosis, but extremely professional and courteous every step of the process. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he could do for us, how long it would take, and exactly how much it would cost. No surprises, nothing hidden.
Edgar went above and beyond what was needed. He was fast, efficient, and very neat in our new home from start to finish. Thank you, Edgar, and thank you Roto-Rooter. No question who I will be calling on next time I am in a plumbing jam.

First when selling and buying a house you never know either one as good as you think. I had to fix a leak in my house underneath a kitchen sink in the crawl space. Guy came in on a Sunday and did a great job and was a real nice guy think his name was Cliff. Then on Saturday morning in my new house they came out to put on 2 outdoor faucets... don't ask. Anyway, the plumber came out in the morning was very professional and courteous. Banged the job out in no time. I am only putting Camden branch down because it said so on the receipt. I guess they must rotate on call folks. Service was in Glassboro. Don't hesitate call. It gets done right at a fair price and the techs are very nice.

I just moved into my house 6 months ago. The water heater went out last week when a storm knocked out power to the house. Monday, I called the warranty company that came from the purchase of the house. They sent their own guys out to have a look. They said that it was such a complicated problem that they rather cut a cash in lieu of their guys fixing it. The next day, I went straight to the yellowpages and set up appointments with plumbers. I wanted to upgrade to a tankless and many of the technicians were not familiar with tankless let alone wanted to tackle the problem of removing the old water heater. Only one company said he could do the job but that would be the following Monday making a week without hot water. I went to Roto-Rooter and made an appointment that day. Peter Milas came out and said he could order the parts for the tankless and have hot water before the end of the day. It was so nice to have a hot shower after being without one for a few days. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He worked into the late evening keeping his promise of having hot water that day. He even stop by the next day to make sure the unit was running properly and neatly remove the old tank. From now on, Roto-rooter will be the first company I will call for my plumbing needs.

We called Roro-Router to fix a problem at our house. Problem was a major clog in the piping (unknown location) which caused leaking in the kitchen through our dishwasher which then seeping water through the floor tiles to parts of our basement.
Service after the call was prompt. I wish to commend the plumber, Jason Ritter for his excellent service. From the beginning, he was personally determined to identify the problem and fix it. He very methodically reviewed the situation, explaining as he went through the troubleshooting process. After some trial & error he identified and corrected the problem.
We're very satisfied with his honest and diligent effort.
