Mr. Care Auto?! Ha that's a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional and lazy.

Wish there was a 0 star option. These people will screw you over.

Just bought a truck from Mr. Care Auto. I wish I had read the negative reviews. Buyers beware. They shouldn't be in business. Drove the truck two hours and the truck wouldn't restart. $1000 repair. They wouldn't make it right. They stated As is--Is as is. They had to know what was wrong with the truck before they sold it. Don't buy here! They discouraged buying a warranty on the truck.

I recently purchased a truck from Mr. Care Auto and later came to learn one of the manifolds had studs missing. This was an expensive fix.



Make sure you have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase.

Well, I have also bought numerous vehicles from this company and NEVER had any problems. I found them to be the easiest and most Honest dealership to work with. My first vehicle purchase from them was about 7 yrs ago and I drove it for about 3 yrs and then when it came time to upgrade, I went back to Mr. Care Auto and traded it in for my next vehicle. And if they don't have what your looking for at the time, ASK, and they will look until they find what suits your needs. I have recommended many friends to Mr. Care Auto, and Not a one of them has had a complaint. Thank you Mr. Care for your Exceptional Customer Service.

My wife and I have bought our last four vehicles from Mr. Care Auto over the past 4 years, and have been extremely happy with all four! They are very honest and easy to work with. We have never had any problems out of any vehicle that we have purchased from Mr. Care Auto. They are a very TRUSTWORTHY company and I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone I know. Their salesman made me feel very comfortable, and was great to work with. They have very fair prices and sell great vehicles, my next vehicle will come from Mr. Care Auto.

Since we purchased our SUV at Mr Care Auto we have put over 16000 additional miles on it, and have had ZERO problems. They really worked with us to get a payment we could afford, a gave us a better amount for our trade than we could find at 3 other dealerships in the area. Our SUV was clean on the inside and had 4 brand new tires on the outside, with a full-size spare (this saved us at least $800).This low-pressure lot is a great place to start looking if you're in the market for a used truck or SUV.

I bought a vehicle from Mr. Care Auto and within a day I was already having transmission problems that had put the truck into a limp mode. I came back to the dealership hoping that they would be willing to help me out after I had spent so much money just the day before, but I was shocked to find out what kind of dealership they are. They are unwilling to help me out in any way, so now I will be out of thousands of dollars. I am stuck with a transmission that needs to be rebuilt and a front end going out within only 4 days. I just want to makes sure that people are aware of the buissness are doing and not to by any vehicles from Mr. Care Auto beacause they will screw you over!
