Visited their salon 3 times. Woke up today and only my torso in a 6-8 wide banned is burnt bad. My back and sides are white and I look awful. I called and asked for a refund and was told that was normal. I called around to some other stores they said that is absolutely not normal and results from not changing bulbs properly. My husband went with me his entire back is scalded and the front of him is white. We used a couple different beds so it's the store as a whole not just one bed. Dan the owner wouldn't call me he told his employee to tell me I needed at least 10 visits before he would speak to me.....he must be out of his mind if he thinks I would step foot back in there for anything less than a refund. Please use another place. I am praying we can get both of us straightened out before our vacation. I know from tanning other places before THIS IS 100% NORMAL. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals office today to try and get my refund. STAY AWAY.
