I reserved the 28 passenger bus for my wedding and it was a wonderful experience. We are not from the area, and our driver was very prompt and helpful when we asked for suggestions for photo spots. Dealing with the office staff (Tracy)made our reservation planning so simple and worry free, everything was done right over the phone. Presidential Limousine Service provided us exceptional service and played a large part of making our wedding day unforgettable. I would highly reccomend their services to anyone in need for transportation, and if we are ever in the Madison area, they will definately get a call from us!

For a good birthday party and night on the town we decided to go through presidential limo to rent a limo bus, the beginning of the night went smoothly for the most part. Then it came to our last stop, we were told we had to be back on the bus a half hour before our time that we paid for was up. Everyone was on the bus on time and we were ready to go early even, considering the driver just informed us if we went a minute over our pre-paid time it would cost us an extra $150! The driver then starts driving, and starts going the opposite direction. Several of our passengers informed him of a much quicker and better way to go, he refused to listen continuing on this weird way out of the way route. When finally after almost 45 minutes and 15 minute over our time limit we decide to ask where we are and how long until we are home, the driver slams on his brakes on the middle of the freeway and refuses to keep driving, claiming we were being rude! I'm sorry but I paid $700 i deserve to know where this driver is taking us, not to mention there are 20 other people on the bus who would like to know when they get to go home! I absolutley could not believe it, I felt like we were being kidnapped! When I called the company to complain the guy on the phone was even ruder, refused to listen to me and actually had the nerve to say I was being rude to him! I paid alot of money and it was not worth it they were unprofessional and the service was all in all horrible!!
