Don't even waste your time calling this joker! The other reviews were absolutely right on! I called and got the same line. The woman answering the phone said that she would take all my information down and IF he decides to accept me as a patient, then they would call me back. It is a shame that we don't have a decent dermotologist in this town. No wonder Cambridge has a bad name in patient care.

I called on a monday to set up an appointment; these people said they would call me back with an answer within 12-25 hrs, Never did. So I called back and was told they only call back if the patient was approved for a visit. Who doesn't want paid in cash up front for an easy exam. DON'T USE THIS JOKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I have no direct experience with this physician. I called the office on a Monday. I asked if I could be seen and explained that I could pay up front with cash. I was told they would call back. I am in terrible pain from a skin condition. Well, no one returned my phone call. I called back on Wednesday and was told that he "Didn't need me as a patient" because "He had plenty of people who paid with insurance", and that "We only return calls if he accepts you as a patient".



What a terrible way to treat someone who would be a paying customer! I am taking my business elswhere, because I know there are doctors who would treat someone, especially when they pay in cash. This is why Cambridge Oh, area physicians are losing business. It can be done better elswhere!!
