Jack did a superb and job replacing the zipper in a full length down coat. He was extremely thorough, completed the job promptly, was very courteous and helpful in many ways. Most tailors will not touch a down coat because they don't have the skills Jack has to keep the feathers inside the coat while repairing the zipper. He's one of a kind.
