EVOO is a full service restaurant using local and sustainable ingredients. We are proud to be a LEED Gold certified restaurant and of being a sustainable member of our community since 1998. Lunch and dinner menus change daily based on available local ingredients. We have many farm partners and have our own rooftop garden.
