My washer flooded the lowest floor of my house. I have a Shop-Vac, so I extracted the water. But the drain remained clogged, with obvious consequences. I removed toilet and tried to unclog the drain with a 25 ft long spiral. No luck -the blockage was further down the line. It was Saturday morning so all plumbing companies were closed. My son recommended Drainmasters. I called, and Jeff answered instantly. He had several flooded customers ahead of me, but promised to come when he will be done. And indeed - he and his crew came at 6:30 pm Saturday evening. Using his "monster machine" he located and removed the blockage. We went to the city sewer manhole cover, his crew lifted it, I flushed all toilets at the same time and run to the manhole to observed water from my drain flowing freely and cascading to the bottom of the city seer line. That was almost 2 weeks ago and the drain works as expected. Than you, Jeff! 👋
