As tenants we have been frustrated by the lack of maintenance repairs. We have a tenant that has had his apartment flooded with fecis from a sewer line backing up. Pour guy is living in the filth. No repair for over a month. The other tenants had fecis come up the bath tub drain. The tenants had to clean it up. There was a stabbing in the apts at gardenside. When a tenant called about what happened the manager jenny was understanding but the manager leslie at the apts-gardenside called tenant at work. The manager said it wasnt a emergency to never call her boss"s-jenny again. What is an emergency. Another tenant's refrigerator wentbout. The manager was told numerous times that the frig. was getting ready to go out. She didnt do anything. When the refrigerator went out the tenant had to get a working one from another apt due to know maintenance worker. We have a tenant that has been selling cars out of the complex which he takes up parking and works on vehicles. We have been told we are going to be charged an extra $25.00 for water and sewer on top of the rent. We all have nold issues but nothing is being done about it. I think just because we are given a pamplet about mold it makes it okay for us to live with mold. There is also a tenant that moved in a unit (took over the lease) where they were not required to qualify due to the managers daughter knowing her. The majority of the tenants have said the customer service used to be good. Now it is near next to none
