My daughter's wedding cake was perfect for over 100 people and it tasted the exact same as our wonderful taste test of all the different cakes. Since her wedding, I get all my cakes at Breadbasket and they are all wonderful. Best tasting cakes ever.

I went today for the first time and when i got home i realize that i did not have all my items so i called back, they were rude, they told me i had to go back with everyhing that i bought and they will see what they could do, over the phone i also found out that two of the products i bought they were a day old but it was not sing or anybody told me when i got them they were just pack in a box so i thought it was prepare and ready to go, Iam very disappointed of the lack of information and the fact that they forgot to bag some of my stuff and they did not give a receip of the purcharse..... Iam not coming back.

A little over priced, and sometimes the people up front can get snappy when they are busy, but overall, people are usually nice and helpful and they have super delicious baked goods and yummies!

The cake that I received for my wedding was dry and had little filling.I could have dealt with a subpar tasting wedding cake, even though this bakery is supposed to be the best, but it was missing the flowers.I had no cake topper or any decorations on my cake whatsoever. Flowers were the only decorations.I contacted The Bread Basket to ask what happened to the cake flowers. I was told, Unfortunately, your florist dropped off the flowers a day late, and flowers that are supposed to take care of are to be delivered the day before delivery. We would have put them on but the cake was already in the truck with the other deliveries. We actually still have your flowers here. I understand that my florist messed up and delivered the flowers a day late. What I dont understand is why they could not bring the flowers with them when they dropped off the cake. I did not let this disaster ruin my wedding but when you pay for quality and professionalism and receive such callousness.

My guests never failed to be dazzled first by the appearance of a cake from the bread basket and then by the taste. I look forward to birthdays, showers, fathers day or any other reason that i can think of to order a bread basket cake.
