I picked this company because of the large number of positive reviews. I was leaving town on business and needed a fast repair so my wife wouldn't get stuck in the garage. I made an appointment a few days in advance and the tech showed up promptly. He recommended replacing both springs for $500. It sounded high but I was in a bind for time and agreed to the price and work. That is my fault for not checking around more and I will learn from my mistake. Since it was so high, I was curious and called 3 other places after the work was done. All 3 vendors had no problem telling me a range for the labor and spring cost which was 35-40% lower. I tried to work it out with their management thinking they had made a simple mistake. They stated they use higher quality parts and other vendors can't quote a price over the phone. I disagree with that and still can't reconcile the large difference in price even if true. There were some other strange things I would like to point out. The tech kept pushing to pay in cash. The invoice was generic and says "Garage Doors Repair Service" not All Garage Door Repair. There is no company address on the invoice. I wondered how there could be so many positive reviews after my experience so I started to look at the info for the reviewers. Many of them have a single review. Several of them have a second review for carpet cleaning companies. Some of those people reviewed other versions of the All Garage Door Repair which seemed suspicious to me. That is where I found this link on Yelp: https://www.yelp.com/biz/all-garage-doors-repair-los-angeles-2. This review is strongly negative and reiterates some of the same experiences I had. To be clear, my low review is based on the high pricing and poor experience dealing with the company. The work performed was good. Buyer beware!

Can you say impressive work! they really came thru for me and my broken garage door. This morning I was closing my garage door as I was driving out of it.. I timed it wrong and my garage door closed on my car. Well I broke the door and made a dent on the top of my car. Not the best morning. I had things to do and places to be and I couldn't leave the door wide open. I called this company who came out right away just to close it and would come back this later afternoon to fix it. The tech came and was able to close it, when about my day came back home and they came again on time and were able to fix it!

they did it. what I thought was a loss for my garage door and I was probably going to need a new one I called in the experts and they are the experts!! they found a way to repair my garage door and I couldn't be happier

Glad I have a company I can trust. Specially because they are family owned. I have had them come out to my home on multiple occasions and every time the repair of new installation is done right.. for the last ten years this has been my go to company
