The manager is absolutely rude. I am trying to find a way to get everyone here to sign a petition and get her fired. She leaves 20 mins before lunch break and she leaves 30 mins before closing. She is not nice to anyone. Her assistant manager which is her father is nicer but he breaks the rules by parking in guest parking all day. If we do it we get in trouble.
They don't trim the trees often. Once a year they trim the trees if that. There is a tree growing over our home brushing up against it that we are not allowed to trim.
We regularly get harassed about weeds or rocks or something dumb when our neighbors down A street houses are overgrown with weeds. The people across from us moved out and the home belongs to the park is overgrown with weeds and looks disgusting, but like i said the park does not keep up with mataince.
The manager plays favorites. I've seen it. It is all very frustrating and I'm hoping to do something about it.

The residents @ Villa calimesa MHP were friendly and respectful with each other. The staff and management work daily to insure that park safety and cleanliness are always priority concerns.

Horrible management! The park is run down. The managers are awful and owners let manager pick and choose which rules apply to which people. The applications are not done properly and take as much as 3 weeks to process just to be turned down for non-reasons.

I have owned a mobile home in this park for 8 years, my son was harassed constantly. He moved out because of it. Now they are doing the same to me. They won't allow family to occupy without fully qualifying financially, even while I continue to pay all fees and assume all responsibility for them. The asphalt has cracks everywhere. The office is not easy to access for disabled. These managers are just bad humans. Don't buy a mobile home in this park. You may be stuck with it for life. Or forced to donate it away. As I am having to do to get away from their tyranny. The manager Desiree is a disgustingly rude and prejudiced person and her father is a mealy mouth partner/maintenance man that just sits around the office shooting the breeze. Collecting a paycheck while men are out working hard doing his job. Riding around on his little golf cart spying on people.

Management is a terribke and rude father daughter tag team . Worst management I have ever delt with. Continues to drive threw park several times an hour. Follows people. Walks around peoples properties at night with flaslight, very creepy unsavory people.
