Clients in my practice seek counseling from a professional when problems at home and/or at work have seriously interrupted or threaten to harm important relationships. Counseling is a process that helps individuals to build up personal strengths and interpersonal skills. Counseling teaches us and helps us to practice the skills we need to cope with our weaknesses or to change them to benefit ones self and others.
