Everyone please read before going to Radio Shack. Thanks! I went to radio shack in Calhoun and purchased a galaxy s5. I called 3 or 4 days later while I was very sick with flu or something similar and told them the phone was not working right. It was freezing continuously and such. I have owned many smart phones and never any which had problems during even the first 6 months of owning. Dave at Radio Shack said he would replace it but had to see if there were any white ones in stock. There was not but he informed me he could have one brought down from Chattanooga which he was supposedly doing. I asked when it would be there and he said 4 pm or better yet come back at 4:30 to be safe. I got there and was told by Lisa that they could not replace or refund until they did testing which took hours. They determined that I had too much stored on the phone for it to work properly and everything was put on a card. Sad thing is that I had more stored on my s3. Lisa and I agreed it was probably a
