Do Not use Kunau Drilling LLC for any business at all, especially if you have children. Stay away from the main lot on Lucky Lane and Handle. 
Tim Kunau seems to think that it is okay to hire Felons with a history of SEXUAL ASSAULT on minors. 
DAVID MICHAEL SCRANTON is a Sex Offender! He is currently working for Kunau on probation having just been let out of prison early this year for serving time on several convictions of RAPING A CHILD! I was one of these children.

The people working at Kunau went above and beyond for us. We were under contract to sell our house and found out our leach field was shot. Teresa at Kunau not only calmed me down, she helped us with the design of the new leach field at NO COST, and also saved us over $1000 by finding lower cost supplies for us to finish the job. There is a reason they are very busy!

This company posted a fraudulent advertisement of a free estimate on their website and when we went to get a bid from them for a soil sample, they turned around and charged us anyway while taking down their free estimate on their website. Beware...They send out bids and never followup with you and when we went with someone else charging us a lot less and had the nerve to send us a bill when we never signed an agreement with them. Very dishonest company.

called and made an appointment for them to come and check a well that appears to have a problem. at the appointed time they called and said they were not comming--they preferred to do a different job instead. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually provides service.

I found this company to be dependable and professional. On two occasions, when my pump was not working, they provided quick service. Both tecnicians were very customer service oriented. On the second occasion, they came out on Sunday, and spend 6 hours removing and replacing my pump. The technician was highly ethical, since, once pulling the pump, he checked it, and reported it working and in GOOD shape. He could have easily done the opposite, and charged me $2,000 for a new pump. We found that the previous company did a shoddy job installing the pump - which resulted in a wire shorting to ground. Many people have some sort of bad experience -- but, from my standpoint -- I'll only do business with Kunau.

We lost our well pump down the well. We decided to contract with Kunau Drilling to help with this issue. They insisted that they would have the most accomplished person come out on the job. If anyone could fish this pump out it would be their man Jason .. we Jason is a great person but he didnt have the equipment necessary to do the job. He tried for 19 hours without success for over 3 days without water. the only thing they could do is drill a new well for $7300. I didnt think I could afford to do that.So We called BARNHART Well service in to do the job. The job was done in around 6 hours. Not left unfinished with excuses why they could handle the job. They got their money through the Court the slanted court system and were able beat me out of $2500 for incomplete work and never even an i'm sorry or well work something out. No, they sued me an won a judgement and I had my a Levy on my bank account. For those of you that know me personally I dont have to prove my credibility to you. You also know I have had to be away for most of the last 2 yrs. with my Mom in Dallas who died from brain cancer in July 12 after a yr of illness.. I was detained with my father for several months after and didnt realize a court date had been set. But then fact still remains Kunau doesnt finish what they start and then want to be compensated for 0 results... Ive been in business over 25 yrs and I cant do that and guess what I wouldn't either. I've never worked with a company that has been so in sincere and showed such a lack of concerned over $2000 that isn't rightfully their's.. All you Farmers and Ranchers that had faith in this Company for years.. take another look and you'll find something else. Where we come from we call it what it is " BullS--t!!!!!

These guys are good! Very professional and courteous.

Was in the process of building my home and waqs told the well production was 5 gallons a min. Come to find out that well production was less then a gallon and pump was put 5 feet from the bottom of the well. I would not have even purchased the property had this well been so poor producer. Now I will have to drill a new well costing lots of money that we don't have. I would never use these guys....
