The owner of this shop is my opinion fantastic. sylvain is his name and first thing I can tell you he stands behind his work 100%. I live in Indiana and well the first time I talked to him was simply a joy answered every question I had and told me if I was coming his way on vacation that he could replace my tans in one day and he did just that and more. I asked him if he could replace my engine oil seal while he had the trans out he said no problem. I said how much he said no charge I was like really he said yes sir. Now I'm from the Midwest and out here they would have said let me look it up but he said no charge and if He would have said 50 or even a 100 dollars I would have said do it but Sylavin is a straight shooter and a kind soul. He then told me while it was in there that my motor mounts were bad and asked If I wanted the changed I said how much he gave me a price and installed them. Now let me tell you he might not do this again because my car was a pain and he spent at least 2 to 3 extra hours on them. He did it though and let me tell you where I live they would have killed me on the parts and labor he charged me exactly what he paid for the parts and charged me nothing more than that. What a class act and his staff is wonderful as well with a very polite young lady at the counter her name was Amber and well she made me feel like part of the family. I would recommend this business highly very highly. This review is a year and a half since the rebuild and trans works fine I did have a seal go bad and he paid a local shop to replace it so as far as his warranty spend the extra money it pays for itself!!!!!! thanks guys Joe from Saint John Indiana
