Provided by YP.comI was having trouble maintaining my yard on my own. I decided to give them a try. Jeff was the man who would usually come by. He talked like he knew everything there was to know. Actions speak louder than words though. He appears to be a lazy employee. I swear I even smelled booze on his breath. After having their service for one summer my yard looked worse. Moles galore. Don't bother wasting your time or money. Don't try calling to complain either. Obviously the owner of this company likes unsatisfied customers. He will do nothing except send you another bill.
I am very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with my service. My employees are well trained and take a lot of pride in their work. Jeff was mentioned as a lazy employee. Jeff is paid a salary based on 40 hours a week, yet he works 55-60 without complaining. He shows up half an hour prior to his start time and will take it upon himself to stop by client's properties on his way home from work or after he eats supper. I assume you never called or emailed to bring your concerns to my attention because otherwise you would know my name. My name is on all of our literature and invoices, along with my picture front and center on my home page. I do this for a good reason. I want a relationship with my clients so they will contact me with any concerns or complaints. I wish you well in your battle against the moles.
