This is the worst ever place to take your vehicle to do anything on it. I had a simple stud from the drivers rear tire to be replaced and form Sunday afternoon I was not delivered my car until Monday 3:30pm in a job that should take an hour (according to them) Because I know that job takes less than 30 min. and sooo pricey. $114.00 for labor only!! Who is doing the job? Kim Kardashian??
The worst part is the "I don't know at what time will be ready" WTF!!! What kind of answer is that?
Besides of taking 24 hours out of my time, they did the job wrong. After waiting for the "correct" parts, they still put the wrong size nuts on the studs, the nuts' cap fell of at the first turn on the block while driving out of there. Who hired these people?
Expensive, overpriced and bad job done.

We stopped in on a Saturday morning because we had a flat tire. They took my car in immediately, were able to patch the tire and delivered it back to me fixed good as new! I found each employee that I came in contact with from the desk person to the repair mechanic to be very cordial and professional. They managed to turn an unpleasant experience such as a flat tire into a not so bad morning after all. Thank you STS Byram.
