Returning Paticent

Dr. Rogers has been there and back when it comes evaluation and coming up with a solution for sinus and or a nasal problem. He really knows his business and is an excellent doctor in his area of practice. He treats his patients with care and an understanding that gives each patient relief from from high anxiety and stress created with going to the Dr. If he can't do it, he will be the first one to find someone, who can. Also he is a pretty cool person and on on top of that:::A fly fisherman---what more can I say.

Good doctor, poor staff

Dr. Rogers is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients. His nurse is also wonderful. But, the rest of his staff are unfriendly, insensate, and downright rude. Once, after seeing the doctor, I was at the front desk and the co-pay was a little more than I'd brought in with me. I clearly stated that I'd have to retrieve my wallet from my car and would be right back. They came after me yelling at me, saying that I couldn't leave without paying.
