They did a great job.

The workmanship on the installation itself was acceptable, but when they were finished there were smears of caulking on the window glass which I had to use a razor blade to remove, wood shavings on the floor, and sawdust on the window sills. They did very little cleanup.I looked into the bedroom once to see how they were progressing and I noticed hand tools laying on my antique dresser with nothing under them to protect the dresser.Because I like the windows, and the installation was timely and acceptable I will probably have them install my next group of windows.

Quoted one price over the phone and when I dropped off the door to have the glass replaced I asked that they call if the price was going to be over what was quoted. When I returned to pick the door up the price was double what was quoted and no phone call was made. When I questioned her on it she was rude and told me to return the door and they would remove the glass and return our money. What a joke!
