there is one employee who was very helpful with a product we ordered, otherwise missing items and delays in ordering, lack of knowledge on this product even by the manager. Manager "John" seemed uninterested in providing info, cost and status on our order, did not return phone calls and ultimately caused us to make a decision to return product and cancel another delayed item ordered for our project causing us to start all over with finding a product. When we said we were returning product John just said okay. No apology or alternative offered for all the screw ups? customer service skills are lacking and probably glad to have us out of his hair was our impression. Have to load and haul all items back to store for refund. Have already put the word out to not deal with this location. Word of mouth is the best advertisement!
