I responded to Rich M. right after recieving his email. I addressed his concerns in detail and explained about the recent price increase from Drew Estate and how typical cigar event deals work. I have never recieved a review like this before, but I will be extra clear to explain deals moving forward and look forward to seeing Rich in the future.

Went there in July '12 for a Drew Estate promotional event and will never go back - prices average $2 more per average stick than anywhere else in the Puget Sound.Promotion was misleading and I left the store feeling ripped off and lied to.

At this store you can find a good variety of cigars. The staff is helpful when you want them to be or they will let you peruse at your leisure.
