We were sent to Robert through a friend in the business. Mr. Tilley NEVER sent us a bill even though we have requested one numerous times and we have tried to receive any money back that he has not used as we feel he has not done as little as possible to represent us! We have not had a phone call returned in over a YEAR! At this point we are going to call the board and see what we need to do to get our money back! BEWARE of Robert Tilley!

I went in for a consultation. Told him I'd have to check my account and see if I could really retain him. I had intention to but never signed a contract or paid him money. To my dismay he filed a notice of appearance for my case WITHOUT BEING RETAINED!!! Now that my ex and I have agreed to everything we can't do anything until he sends a letter to the court that he's not my attorney!! Now he has to file a letter that he's not my attorney.... when he never was!!! It's crazy he would file anything without a retainer. So be careful!!!!
