This company blatently lies! they state free estimates over the phone and on there website. My father sent them out to give me a quote for a flood at the time the 1 tech showed up I wasn't even home when he gave me the ridiculous quote of $6000 to dry my house I declined never signed anything at all or even saw the tech. A year later they are sending me a bill of $322.18 for services they never provided a thing and I never signed a thing either. Stating my insurance company had told them they had paid me the money to pay them when I contacted the insurance company servpro had never called them they later told my insurance company they were charging me for an emergency call and the whole crew had showed up ready to clean (un true 1 tech sent only) who later stated if I called my insurance company he could come back with the equipment so he had nothing with him. They put a lien on my house for this and also threatned to foreclose my house for it and was signed by owner Jodi Zachary. do not use this company they are horrible and lie even if your insurance recommends go with another company they like to scam your insurance company like they did mine.

Well, I believe none of us will ever be 100% prepared for a flood in your house or a leak that floods your house; but it is so nice to know that Jodi and her team over at Servpro of Downtown Las Vegas are! I've never really been the type of person to write reviews online but I know the state of mind I was in when we walked into our flooded house and if this little review and help someone in the same spot then it was worth it. These people were not only responsive to the material issues (house, paperwork, etc.) but what really impressed me was how they took care of our emotional needs also. Whenever someone from the office called or one of the technicians came by they would also ask how we were doing. They really were worried about us and our needs; they were not just trying to get in and out so they could head to their next job. I’m hoping no one will ever have to deal with this type of a situation but I’m sure glad we had Jodi and her team over at Servpro of Downtown Las Vegas to help us. Call them if you really what good hearted honest people in your home. Thanks again guys!!

We came home to a homeowner’s biggest nightmare; our house flooded. We were gone for 4 days and during that time our upstairs hall bathroom busted a fitting. It was shooting out water for more than 72hrs. We really had no clue where to start. One of our neighbors work for Dessert Valley Contracting/ Servpro of Downtown Las Vegas, he was outside when we got home. He explains what we needed to do with our insurance company. We called them and they gave us the ok to use Servpro to get the water up and dry the drywall and carpet. It was amazing, here I was almost having a nervous breakdown and within 1hr I had 5 guys in my house getting everything back together. The entire process took about a month but I couldn’t image doing it without the help from Jodi & Christina at DVC & Servpro. Without a second of hesitation I am calling them back not only for an emergency but also any improvements I want done. I know we all hear stories about bad contractors not finishing up a job or taking people’s money and leaving. It was so refreshing to deal with such an honest, dedicated local company.
