Ric's Body and Paint delivered. I recently took delivery of a new 2015 Silverado truck. The truck was damaged in a parking lot and the damage was substantial. Ric's restored the truck to the accuracy and perfection of the GM assembly line.

These men are very helpful and knowledgeable. They took one look at my car and said, "We can fix it no problem! come back in an hour!" Top quality work, quick wait time. Thank you!!!

I was hit by a red light runner. My car was smashed. My insurance agent sent me to Ric's. They took a car that was hard to recognize and gave it back to me looking as good as new. They are professional, honest, and skilled. I would highly recommend them. With all the horror stories about auto body shops, I wouldn't trust anyone else. And it's not just me. My insurance agent, other friends, and the guy that rented me a car at Hertz all said they wouldn't trust anyone else. By the way, I NEVER write testimonials. But in this case, I took the time because this business deserves praise.

Echoing what so many of the previous reports have to say. Everything was coordinated so well with the rental car coverage and other aspects. A perfect and very timely repair. I was recommended to this body shop by a friend. I was totally amazed by the service...outstanding. They helped me with the insurance and hurried things along. They were totally on top of it. My rental car was arranged by them also and the whole service was flawless. When I went to pick up the car there was a little grease mark on the seat.....in seconds it was taken care of. We were so impressed, I had been to 2 other shops prior for quotes and the 1st one was $1400 higher! The second said I didn't need 2 new doors replace but I did. Keep up the good work, I will for sure use you again.

+I had some minor body work, paint work, and mechanical work done by Ric's after I was rear ended a few months ago. They delt with the "not so fun to work with" Insurance company. The work completed was up to my expectations, everyting matched including the paint and replaced bumper. Mechanicle issues were completed by someone they trust and I havent had an issue. I took my BMW 325ci into Ric's to repair a fender and I needed some upholstery work done as well. They looked at the car and told me they needed 5 days to get it done. He also gave me the name of an upholstery guy near by and not only did they complete the work at an excellent level but coordinated with the leather seat guy and delivered it 2 days early. Thanks Ric and team for a Great Job!

They are the best! I interviewed three companies before choosing Rics to repair my truck which had been torn apart by a shredded tire. I'm so happy. They are professional, friendly, and clean. An added bonus.....they kept me updated on their progress, calling me mid week, explaining what had been accomplished and where they were at. And then returned my 98 Chevy truck (my baby) to me, on time, looking as good as the day I bought it!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ric's Body and Paint is by far the best shop in the Valley to take your vehicle for anything from a small dent to a full-on repair. My husband is as particular about his cars as anyone and trusts no one other than Dean and Tony at Ric's. They are professional and perfectionists...our cars come back clean and looking like new. We've recommended Ric's to our family and friends and 100% of them are delighted with the work done on their cars. Our insurance agent recommended Ric's years ago; we haven't gone anywhere else since then and never will.

Got a dent in my back bumper of my 2010 Lexus RX350. The Lexus Dealer had recommended a downtown Phoenix repair shop so I went and got an estimate. Then I went to my State Farm Agent who recommended Ric's. Went there, got an estimate and appointment. Rental car hookup with Enterprise was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced due to affiliation with Ric's. Staff at Ric's from time of walking in door to final pick-up was professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Ric's to anyone, in North Scottsdale...and beyond for auto body work.

Last year I had to have my bumper replaced on my brand new Lexus SUV. The dealership referred me to Scott's Coach Works in Phoenix. It was the worst experience....poor customer service, lack of communication, the car was not ready when they said it would be, and when I finally picked up the car- the bumper was not installed properly, and kept popping out! But, I never took it back because I just did not want to deal with them - or any body shop ever again. Well, three weeks ago I had anohter mishap with my SUV, and the gate on the hatchback had to be replaced (I forgot to close the hatchback when I was backing out of the garage). I wouldn't go back to Scott's, so the dealership suggessted Ric's. I was very cautious in calling them, and had very low expectations due to my previous experience with Scott's Coach Works.Everthing bad with Scott's was the exact opposite at Ric's. From the minute I walked in the door, they wanted my business, and would do anything to make me happy. I met with Adam and Dean - the owners of the business. They are the ultimate in customer service - everyone in the company demonstrated the teamwork and focus on c/s. Once I rec'd the okay from my insurance, and called Ric's they immediately ordered the parts and told me when to come in. They called me every other day to give me an update on the progress of the work, and the car was finished/complete a day before it was promised. Ric's not only fixed what they were required to fix according to the quote they provided (the back gate of the SUV), but they took off the front bumper that Scott had put on, and fixed it so it would fit properly!!! In addition, they also took off all the little scuffs on the back bumper, and they painted and buffed a scratch on the passenger door. My car looks BRAND SPANKING NEW!!! I'm calling everyone I know to tell them about Ric's. Some of my family members were naysayers, and told me that body shops are just rip off's. Well, my experience with Rics was phenomenal. I'm going to tell my Bell Lexus Service Manager they should ONLY send customers to Ric's Body and Paint. They are the Very BEST!! Thank you to all at Ric's who worked on my car -you truely exceeded my expectations, and I am a customer for life.

I was visiting from out of town, and had damaged the plastic undercarriage of my 2003 Toyota Camry. It was hanging lower than it should be and was disconnected in the front. I called around to a few places and most gave an over the phone quote of a minimum of $250. Discouraged, I kept calling around hoping for a better answer! I called Ric’s and they were very friendly and reassuring. Ric joked that the repair was guaranteed to be under a million dollars! I drove over, Dean took the keys, lifted the car right up and refastened the undercarriage. Service was great, the atmosphere was friendly and personal! I was in and out of there in less than half an hour! Although it wasn’t a big repair, most places would charge an arm and a leg just to lift the car up and look. Ric’s didn’t! I think it was a steal! A truly satisfied customer, I would recommend Ric’s Body and Paint to everyone! CW

Family owned and operated , and employees that call Ric's home away from home. Ric is a truly genuine hard working person which truly reflect his business practice of nothing less then the very best that can be done for each customer, one customer at a time. Ric knows how to treat his employees, he treats them like family but business is his priority and having fun after working hard is Ric's belief. I would put Ric's body shop on the top choice of any body shop in North Scottsdale and through out Arizona. Ric's has grown to having 3 locations,North Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Cave Creek. Try it for your self, you will be impressed from the facility through out your entire experience. They get the job done!
